Can I join Stroller Strides if I am pregnant?

YES! We encourage expectant moms to continue to exercise throughout their pregnancy as long as the activity has been approved by their physician. Instructors are trained in both pre- and post-natal fitness and follow the ACOG guidelines. We can modify any exercise that poses an issue as you progress through your pregnancy.
