What is the difference between Body Back Transformation Sessions and Body Back Boost?

Body Back sessions are closed 8 week sessions with a max of 12-14 people. The sessions include 2 weekly workouts, meal plans, food journals, at-home workouts, online support and before and after assessments.

Body Back Boost is just the workout, no commitment, drop-in basis, with a max of 25 people in class.
