Body Back® BOOST is a weekly drop-in workout perfect for our working mamas or mamas whose kiddos have grown out of the stroller. You'll get a total body workout in a high-intensity setting.
**You MUST be six (6) months postpartum to participate in any Body Back® workout. The focus for the early stage of motherhood is overall strength, endurance and well-being, not weight loss or dramatic physical changes. Clients less than six (6) months postpartum are highly encouraged to attend Stroller Strides®.**
